AI Chatbots
Assistants that answer from your own documents, prices and policies rather than inventing answers — and hand over to a person the moment they are out of their depth.

Buy Back Your Hours
We build chatbots, workflow automation and system integrations for UAE businesses — starting with the task your team complains about most. Scoped against hours saved, with a human kept in the loop wherever judgement matters.
Start Your ProjectPractical automation for businesses across the UAE — scoped against hours saved rather than novelty.
Assistants that answer from your own documents, prices and policies rather than inventing answers — and hand over to a person the moment they are out of their depth.
Get A QuoteThe copy-paste work removed — enquiries routed, records created, documents generated and follow-ups sent, without anyone remembering to do it.
Get A QuoteWebsite, CRM, accounting and inventory connected so a record entered once appears everywhere — usually the highest-value automation a business can buy.
Get A QuoteInvoices, purchase orders, trade licences and passports read automatically into structured data, with a human check on anything the system is not confident about.
Get A QuoteThe dashboard or small application your team is currently faking with a shared spreadsheet — built properly, with permissions and a history of who changed what.
Get A QuoteProduct descriptions, translations and listing copy generated at volume with a review step — useful when you have four thousand SKUs and nobody to write them.
Get A QuoteThe report someone rebuilds by hand every week, produced on a schedule from the source data — same numbers every time, and nobody's Sunday spent on it.
Get A QuoteSearch across your own documents that answers in a sentence and cites the file it came from — for support teams, sales teams and anyone drowning in shared drives.
Get A QuoteA week spent mapping where the hours actually go, with each opportunity costed against the effort to build it. Some of what we find will not need us at all.

The projects that pay for themselves are almost never the exciting ones. They are the small, repeated, unglamorous tasks nobody wanted to talk about.
Before building anything we work out how long a task actually takes and how often it happens. If the maths does not work, we say so rather than quoting for it.
Anything touching money, contracts or a customer promise gets a review step. Automation should remove the typing, not the judgement.
Our assistants answer from your documents and data with the source attached. A confident wrong answer to a customer costs more than no answer at all.
Documented, in your accounts, with alerts when something fails. You should be able to hand it to another developer, or to us, without a rebuild.
Large AI programmes stall. Small ones ship. The fastest route to a return is one painful task automated properly and running by the end of the month.
If a project cannot show its value in one month, it is scoped too big.
Being honest about the limits is part of the job. Some tasks are cheaper, safer and simply better done by a person or by ordinary code.
We would rather talk you out of a project than build one that quietly costs you.
At BROWSER we follow a fully streamlined process, so you always know what is being automated and what it is saving.
We sit with the people doing the work and write down what actually happens — including the workarounds nobody documented. The real process is never the one on the flowchart.
Hours per week, error rate and delay per task, weighed against build effort. You get a ranked list, and an honest note on anything not worth automating.
One workflow built and run alongside the manual process for a fortnight, so you can compare outputs before anyone relies on it. Cheap to change at this stage.
Connected to the systems you already use — website, CRM, accounting, WhatsApp — with the data mapped properly and permissions respected on both sides.
Edge cases, failure paths, rate limits and alerts. An automation that fails silently is worse than no automation, so everything reports when it breaks.
Your team trained, everything documented and running in your own accounts. Support afterwards is available, but you are never locked in to get it.
Fourteen years of work across the UAE means we have usually met your integration, your compliance requirement or your awkward legacy system before.
Cost, data security, accuracy and ownership — what clients in Dubai ask before starting.
With the task your team complains about most. It is almost always frequent, rule-based and dull — retyping enquiries, chasing approvals, rebuilding the same report. Start there, prove the return, then pick the next one. A single working automation moves an organisation further than a twelve-month AI roadmap.
Not on the setups we build. We use business API tiers where data is not used for training, and for sensitive work we can keep processing within a region or run models you host yourself. We tell you exactly which provider handles what before anything is connected.
We design for it rather than hope against it. Assistants answer only from your approved content, say plainly when they do not know, and hand over to a person at defined points — pricing, complaints, anything contractual. Every conversation is logged so you can review what it said.
A single workflow or a chatbot is a small fixed project. Integrations and internal tools are scoped after the audit. There is also a running cost for the AI provider itself, usually modest, and we estimate it before you commit rather than after the first invoice.
Usually not. Most of our automation work connects what you already have. Replacing a system is a much larger decision and we would only suggest it if the existing one genuinely cannot be integrated — which is rarer than vendors imply.
In practice it removes the part of their job they like least. The projects that work best take the retyping and chasing away so the same people handle more customers properly. We are not going to pretend nobody ever automates a role away, but that is not what most of this work is.
Yes, including replying in whichever language the customer opened with. We test Arabic responses properly rather than assuming they work, because tone and dialect matter and a stilted reply is worse than an English one.
Yes, through the official WhatsApp Business API. For most UAE businesses that is where customers actually are, so it is often more useful than a chat widget on the website. It can answer, qualify, book and hand over to your team in the same thread.
Every automation we build has error handling and alerts, so a failure is reported rather than discovered three weeks later in a gap in the data. Failed items queue for retry or human review. We also offer a support arrangement, but the system tells you it is broken either way.
You do. It runs in your accounts, on your keys, with documentation written so another developer can take it over. We do not build things that only we can maintain — that is a business model, not an engineering decision.
A chatbot or a single workflow is typically two to four weeks. Integrations depend mostly on how cooperative the other system's API is — that is the usual source of delay, and we check it during the audit rather than discovering it mid-build.
Yes — chat, forms, booking and automations can be added to a site built elsewhere, on WordPress, Shopify or custom code. If the site itself is holding things back we will say so, and you can look at web development separately rather than bundling the two.
